The Old Adage:

The old adage “It’s not what you know but who you know” holds true when it comes to the Scratch and Dent Mortgage Industry.  No matter what loan a mortgage provider is trying to sell, they need to know where to go to get the highest price the market can bear.   This is where Right House Capital can assist because we have contacts and knowledge of who will give the highest price on each mortgage.
